Firm Obtains Deer Cull TRO

The Firm successfully obtained a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO), on January 30th, enjoining the Town Of East Hampton, in Suffolk County from undertaking a massive deer kill or cull. The Firm’s success in obtaining the TRO was widely-reported in the media, including The New York Times  (Jan. 31) (Dec 18) and Newsday. The TRO with supporting papers are available below:
